I wish to know what kind of company a good programmer want to join.
It will surely have to be a company that allow programmers to grow their creativity, but how you define a company that allow their employee to be creative?
Other than bonus and raise in salary, What a good programmer will expect to receive from a company for his creativity ?
Will a challenging problem make a good programmer feel motivated to work? If not always, to which degree it will motivate a good programmer ?
